If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use or access any part of this Mobile App/Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any changes to them.

These Terms include our Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms, amendments, policies or disclaimers issued by us. Additional terms for contests, offers or promotions may apply and will prevail where they conflict with these Terms. We may update these Terms at our sole discretion; updates take effect when posted, and continued access means you accept them.

To use the Mobile App/Website, you must register information such as your name, organisation name, designation, email address, telephone number and other details required for registration. You consent to provide this information and represent that it is accurate, complete, current and true.

Job postings submitted through the Mobile App/Website may be visible publicly and notified to candidates. To provide services, we may need access to device features such as camera, gallery and storage. You may contact workers only for the intended purpose and must not misuse their information.

Corporate entities must use licences solely for the stated purpose. To delete an account, contact Payjobindia by email; information may still be retained where required by applicable law. App and Website login details can be used across both platforms.

Payjobindia is a preliminary medium for contact and exchange of information between blue-collar workers across India and organisations, firms and employers with genuine job vacancies and career-enhancement needs. It provides services to help Job Posters and Job Seekers meet their employment requirements.

Use and registration are available only to persons who can enter legally valid and binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Companies Act, 2013 and within India. Persons below 18 years of age, undischarged insolvents and others incompetent to contract are not eligible. We may revoke registration or suspend, terminate or block access where a user lacks the required rights, authority or capacity.

The Company grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable licence to access and use the Mobile App/Website solely for its stated purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep your username and password secure and notify us of unauthorised use. Corporate entities must limit licences to authorised representatives.

You must not republish, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display or otherwise exploit the Mobile App/Website except as these Terms allow. You must not remove proprietary notices, share licences with unauthorised parties, impersonate others, make false representations, send unsolicited content, scrape or data-mine the platform, gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, circumvent security measures, create multiple accounts without permission, transfer your account or use the platform for illegal purposes.

You must not upload or share material that violates law or contractual obligations, infringes intellectual property, is fraudulent or misleading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or harmful to any community. You agree to cooperate with investigations of suspected or actual breaches of these Terms.

The Mobile App/Website and all related rights remain the property of the Company or its affiliates, associates, clients and business partners. These Terms give you only the limited licence above and no right to use or reference the Company's names, logos, products, service names, trademarks or service marks.

The Mobile App/Website may permit job postings, job descriptions, files, documents, text, audio, visual content, feedback and support requests (‘User Content’). You confirm that you have all necessary licences and permits, that content is accurate, current, complete and relevant, and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company, its affiliates, clients, associates and business partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, share, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, transmit and publish it for business, services, marketing and advertising as permitted by law. We may monitor, edit, refuse, disable access to or remove content at our discretion.

The Company may verify information submitted through the Mobile App/Website, but does not guarantee the identity, credentials, bona fides, status or suitability of users, candidates or Job Posters. Users are responsible for performing their own appropriate checks before entering into employment or other arrangements.

We endeavour to keep the Mobile App/Website available and transmissions error-free, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may be suspended or restricted for repairs, maintenance or services without prior notice.

Job Posters must ensure that job postings are genuine, lawful, accurate and complete, and that they have obtained all permissions, licences and approvals necessary for recruitment. Job Posters are solely responsible for recruitment decisions, background checks, employment terms and compliance with applicable laws.

You consent to receive communications from us by email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, push notification or another electronic means concerning your account, services, updates, offers and these Terms.

The Mobile App/Website may include links to third-party websites or content. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for third-party materials, services, availability, policies or transactions.

You are responsible for obtaining the data network access and devices required to use the Mobile App/Website and for any related charges. We do not guarantee that the platform will function on every device or network.

The Company may use affiliates, associates, clients, business partners and third-party service providers to provide or support the Mobile App/Website and services. These parties may benefit from provisions that protect them under these Terms.

The Mobile App/Website and services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, quality, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.

You must keep confidential all non-public information obtained through the Mobile App/Website and use it only for the permitted purpose. This does not apply to information that is public other than through your breach, already lawfully known, or required to be disclosed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity or business arising from use of, or inability to use, the Mobile App/Website or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, clients and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your use of the Mobile App/Website, User Content, breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

All trademarks, copyrights, designs, content and other proprietary rights in the Mobile App/Website belong to the Company or their respective owners. No right or licence is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We may suspend, terminate or block your registration and access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we cannot verify or authenticate information you submit. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Users must comply with all central, state and local laws applicable to them while using the Mobile App/Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of appropriate jurisdiction at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes should first be resolved mutually; if unresolved within 30 days of written notice, they will be referred to institutional arbitration before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. Arbitration will be conducted in the vernacular language, with its seat and venue at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

You may not licence, sell, transfer or assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. The Company may assign its rights to affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies or successors without prior notice.

All notices, requests, demands and determinations for the Company, other than routine operational communications, should be sent to Payjobindia Placement Services at support@payjobindia.com.

Job Posters must comply with applicable data-protection laws when processing Candidate Personal Data and must use it only for the purposes permitted by our Privacy Policy and these Terms. They must implement adequate technical and organisational controls to prevent unauthorised processing, loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure.

‘100% verification of profile’ means that a candidate’s mobile number has been verified. Job Posters remain responsible for verifying candidate backgrounds and other aspects before onboarding. The Company acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee other candidate credentials, bona fides or status.

Job Posters must provide reasonable assistance in handling data-security breaches, retain shared Personal Data only as long as necessary, protect it with equivalent safeguards, and not disclose or transfer it to sub-processors without adequate protections. Any offer, scheme or reward programme may have additional terms; these Terms prevail in the event of a conflict.
