Job Brief:

SBI Seva Sarthi TL (Team Leader) is a supervisory role responsible for managing and monitoring a team of Seva Sarthi executives. The position involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring team performance, supporting field or branch-level activities, maintaining reports and ensuring that assigned processes are followed properly.

The role is suitable for experienced candidates with team handling, banking, BFSI, customer service or field operations experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.

  • 2–3 years of experience in BFSI, banking, financial services or a related field may be preferred.

  • Previous team handling or field operations experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

  • Ability to monitor team performance and daily activities.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Comfortable with branch/field visits and on-site operations.

  • Ability to work with targets, deadlines and performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of Seva Sarthi executives.

  • Monitor daily team activities and operational performance.

  • Coordinate with branch teams and relevant RBO/operational teams.

  • Conduct field or branch visits as required.

  • Monitor the performance and productivity of assigned team members.

  • Provide guidance and support to Seva Sarthi executives.

  • Maintain daily reports, MIS and performance records.

  • Track attendance, productivity and assigned activities.

  • Ensure proper onboarding, verification and process compliance where applicable.

  • Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

  • Communicate team updates and performance reports to senior management.

  • Ensure smooth execution of assigned customer-service and banking-support activities
