Job Brief:
ATM – Field Executive is responsible for visiting ATM locations and supporting day-to-day ATM operations. The role includes ATM inspection, basic troubleshooting, cash-related coordination, machine status checking, and reporting issues to the concerned team. Requirements:
Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate as per company requirement.
Basic knowledge of computers and ATM operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to assigned ATM locations.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the vacancy.
Valid two-wheeler and driving licence may be preferred for some locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned ATM locations regularly.
Check ATM machine status and basic operational conditions.
Identify and report ATM technical or operational issues.
Coordinate with the technical/support team for issue resolution.
Maintain visit records and submit daily reports.
Ensure assigned ATM locations are properly maintained.
Follow company and banking security procedures.
Complete field visits within the assigned area and schedule.
