Job Description:

As a Tally Professional, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth execution of accounting processes using Tally software. Your role is crucial in streamlining financial operations, tracking expenses, and generating reports that aid in strategic decision-making. By leveraging your expertise in Tally, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies while maintaining accuracy in financial data.

In order to effectively handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and process invoices, you will collaborate closely with finance teams in this position. Your ability to analyze financial data and generate detailed reports will support the organization in budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, you will assist in tax computations, GST filings, and financial audits to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.

Beyond technical accounting skills, your role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to financial management. You will be expected to stay updated on tax regulations, accounting principles, and technological advancements in financial software. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining transparency, optimizing financial workflows, and ensuring the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsiblities:
  1. Oversee financial transactions and keep precise Tally records.
  2. Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, and process invoices.
  3. Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and ledgers.
  4. Make sure that all tax laws are followed, particularly those pertaining to GST and TDS filings.
  5. Prepare the required records and reports to support financial audits.
  6. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting for the organization.
  7. Maintain data security and ensure proper backup of financial records.
  8. Provide support in payroll processing and employee reimbursement calculations.
Key Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
  2. Knowledge of accounting concepts and Tally ERP software.
  3. Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and compliance regulations.
  4. Expertise in ledger management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  5. Precision and meticulousness when managing financial operations.
  6. The capacity to evaluate financial information and offer guidance for making decisions.
  7. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage financial tasks efficiently.
