Job Description:

A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople in an organization. They set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for the organization's sales representatives. Sales Managers are also responsible for overseeing the sales process to ensure that the company achieves its sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsiblities:

1. Achieve Sales Targets: Successfully manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
2. Strategic Planning: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
3. Team Management: Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.

5. Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
