Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Key Responsiblities:
  1. Identify and engage potential clients through various sales strategies, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  3. To learn about industry trends, competition products, and client demands, conduct market research.
  4. Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients with compelling sales pitches.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  6. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
  7. Create and present sales estimates, reports, and presentations for management's consideration.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  9. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve sales techniques.
Key Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is desired but not required.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in company development, sales, or a similar position.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. The capacity to successfully find and seize new business possibilities.
  5. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills to engage clients.
  6. Knowledge of sales management tools and CRM software.
  7. A goal-oriented approach and a history of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
  8. The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to meet client needs.
  10. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events if required.
