PayJobIndia is hiring energetic and detail-focused Packing & Sorting Staff to support daily warehouse and dispatch operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, labeling, and securely packing items for shipment or storage. You will ensure that products are handled with care and packed according to safety standards and client requirements. This role is crucial to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment across logistics operations.

The ideal candidate should be physically active, able to stand for long hours, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain neatness and accuracy is essential. Training will be provided to ensure consistent quality and workplace safety.

1. Sort items based on size, type, order, or destination.
2. Pack products securely using appropriate materials like boxes, wrappers, and labels.
3. Ensure all items are counted, checked, and packed accurately.
4. Maintain cleanliness in the packing area and dispose of waste materials properly.
5. Label packages clearly for shipment or inventory purposes.
6. Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
7. Assist in loading packed items for delivery or internal storage.
8. Follow safety protocols while handling fragile or heavy goods.

1. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
2. Physically fit and able to lift light to medium-weight items.
3. Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
4. Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours as needed.
5. Basic knowledge of packing procedures is an advantage but not mandatory.
6. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
7. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
