PayJobIndia is hiring hardworking and physically fit Loading/Unloading Helpers to support warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling of materials, and assisting in the movement of products within warehouses, transport vehicles, and storage areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of goods in a safe and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to lift heavy objects, and willing to work in various conditions. You must follow safety procedures and work under the guidance of supervisors to complete daily loading and unloading tasks. Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory—training will be provided to the right candidates with the right attitude.

1. Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage units.
2. Handle materials safely to prevent damage or injury.
3. Move items to designated areas using hand tools, trolleys, or manually.
4. Assist warehouse staff in organizing and stacking items.
5. Follow safety guidelines while operating in loading/unloading zones.
6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the loading area.
7. Report any damaged items or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
8. Support inventory checks and packing when required.
    

1. Minimum qualification: 8th Pass or above.
2. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (15–25 kg).
3. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
5. Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
6. Prior experience in loading/unloading preferred but not required.
7. Punctual, reliable, and ready to work in warehouse or transport environments.
