Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training in digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies. Your role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cover SEO, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and data analytics. Through interactive lectures, hands-on workshops, and real-world case studies, you will equip students with industry-relevant skills to excel in the digital marketing landscape. Beyond teaching, you will mentor and guide students in practical projects, helping them develop strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices is essential to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and impactful. You will also collaborate with industry professionals to bring guest lectures, workshops, and internship opportunities to enhance student learning. In addition to academic responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall growth of the institution by participating in curriculum development, student assessments, and research initiatives. Your ability to create an engaging learning environment, adapt to different teaching methodologies, and foster industry connections will be instrumental in shaping the future digital marketing professionals.

Key Responsiblities:

1. Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on digital marketing
concepts.
2. Develop and update course materials to align with industry trends and advancements.
3. Mentor and guide students on live projects, case studies, and hands-on assignments.
4. Evaluate student performance through assessments, presentations, and projects.
5. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
6. Collaborate with industry experts to facilitate guest lectures and workshops.
7. Provide career guidance and support students in securing internships and job placements.
8. Contribute to research, curriculum development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and
content marketing.
3. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, analytics tools, email marketing, and automation platforms.
4. Prior experience in teaching, training, or corporate workshops is preferred.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
6. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students in interactive learning.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in digital marketing strategies.
8. Passion for education, continuous learning, and keeping up with industry developments.
