Key Responsiblities:

  8. Process paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  9. Offer post-sales support, including assistance with documentation and customer inquiries.
  10. Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in automobile sales or a related customer service role.
  2. Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive features, and financing options.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their preferences.
  5. A sales-oriented approach capable of hitting and surpassing goals.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and dealership management systems.
  7. Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
  8. Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  9. The capacity to work a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends.
  10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing training is a plus.
